4. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a loan request through our Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. Approval is at the sole discretion of the lender and depends on the information you provide and the lender's underwriting criteria.

Participating lenders may perform credit checks or consumer reports through alternative providers (like DataX or Clarity) to determine your eligibility. Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be connected with a lender or approved for a loan. By submitting your information, you authorize lenders to verify your information and perform credit checks as permitted by law.

6. APR Disclosure

APRs for payday loans vary by lender. In California, the maximum fee is 15% of the check amount (up to $45), which can result in an APR of approximately 460% for a 14-day loan. Your lender will provide the exact APR and terms before you sign any agreement.

7. Financial Responsibility

Short-term loans should be used for short-term financial needs only, not as a long-term financial solution. Borrowers with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling. You are responsible for carefully reviewing the loan agreement provided by the lender before accepting any loan offer.

8. State Regulations

Loan availability, terms, and regulations vary by state. Not all lenders operate in all states. This service is intended for residents of California. Under the California Deferred Deposit Transaction Law (CDDTL), payday loans are limited to a $300 maximum check amount, resulting in a maximum cash advance of $255. Rollovers are strictly prohibited.
